About The Position

Senior Helpers of Northeast Wisconsin is seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Home Care Caregivers to join their award-winning team. This role involves providing personalized one-on-one care to help seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes. The position offers flexible scheduling with day, evening, and overnight shifts available, catering to both full-time and part-time opportunities. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid driver's license required
• Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance
• Ability to pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
• Offer medication reminders
• Assist with transportation to appointments and errands
• Support mobility and safe transfers
• Care for individuals living with Dementia, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, and other age-related conditions
• Promote safety, comfort, dignity, and independence
• Build meaningful, trusting relationships with clients and their families
