About The Position
Senior Helpers of Northeast Wisconsin is seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Home Care Caregivers to join their award-winning team. This role involves providing personalized one-on-one care to help seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes. Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license required
- Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance
- Ability to pass a background check

- Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required
- Paid training provided for qualified candidates
Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care and activities of daily living
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
- Offer medication reminders
- Assist with transportation to appointments and errands
- Support mobility and safe transfers
- Care for individuals living with Dementia, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, and other age-related conditions
- Promote safety, comfort, dignity, and independence
- Build meaningful, trusting relationships with clients and their families
