About The Position

Mind & Mobility is seeking a compassionate and dependable Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality in-home care to clients. The role supports seniors in living independently and includes personal care, activities of daily living, mobility assistance, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and companionship. Caregivers work with clients, families, and the care team to create a safe, supportive, and respectful environment that promotes independence and quality of life. This is a PRN, as-needed position. Hours are flexible and depend on caregiver availability and client needs; the company works with caregivers to build schedules aligned with their preferred hours and availability. The position is in Naples, Florida, with a stated day-shift schedule and pay of $18 per hour.

Requirements

At least one year of professional caregiving or home care experience.
Valid driver’s license.
Reliable personal vehicle.
Current CPR certification.
Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
Must complete Level 2 background screening through Florida’s Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.

Nice To Haves

CNA license, HHA certificate, or verifiable medical background preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Prepare and cook meals according to clients’ dietary needs and restrictions.
Perform light housekeeping, including cleaning and organizing clients’ living spaces.
Monitor and record vital signs, provide medication reminders, and complete medical documentation as required.
Assist clients with mobility and transfers using proper techniques and equipment.
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals.
Provide errands or transportation as needed.
