About The Position

Mind & Mobility is seeking a compassionate and dependable Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant to provide high-quality in-home care. The caregiver will support clients with personal care and activities of daily living, mobility, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and companionship. The role involves working with clients, families, and the care team to foster a safe, supportive, and respectful environment that promotes independence and quality of life. This is a PRN, as-needed position. Work hours are flexible and depend on caregiver availability and client needs; the company will work with caregivers to align schedules with their preferred hours and availability when possible. The posting lists schedules of Monday and Sunday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 8 p.m. to 8 a.m.

Requirements

At least one year of professional caregiving or home care experience.
Valid driver’s license.
Reliable personal vehicle.
Current CPR certification.
Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
Ability to pass the Level 2 background screening through Florida’s Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.

Nice To Haves

CNA license, HHA certificate, or verifiable medical background.

Responsibilities

Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Prepare meals and cook according to clients’ dietary needs and restrictions.
Perform light housekeeping, including cleaning and organizing clients’ living spaces.
Monitor and record vital signs, provide medication reminders, and complete medical documentation as required.
Assist clients with mobility and transfers using proper techniques and equipment.
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Follow care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals.
Run errands or provide transportation as needed.
