About The Position
Kennedy Care is seeking compassionate and dedicated In-Home Caregivers (Life Care Professionals) to provide high-quality assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) to enable clients to remain independent in their own homes. The role involves providing respectful and compassionate care, building trust with clients and their families, and communicating client changes or health concerns to the care team. Caregivers will also complete necessary training and use electronic software for timekeeping.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Willingness to commute within a 25-mile radius
- Ability to lift 25 lbs
- Proficiency with mobile apps and technology
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily activities of living such as bathing, dressing, and transferring.
- Provide a supportive environment that builds trust with clients and their families.
- Communicate client changes or health concerns directly with your care team.
- Complete necessary training and education with our HR App.
- Use electronic software for timekeeping.
