About The Position

Are you looking for a meaningful full-time position where you can make a real difference in someone’s life? Easterseals NH is hiring Homemakers and Personal Care Service Providers (PCSPs) to join our compassionate team of in-home caregivers. You’ll bring care, comfort, and connection to individuals in their homes, helping them live safely and independently. If you are a Personal Care Assistant, Caregiver, In-Home Caregiver, Home Health Aid, PCA or if you are looking to start a career in the Human Services field, this could be the role for you! No prior experience needed, we provide paid training to set you up for success! Location: Rochester and surrounding areas Schedules: Full-Time 30-40 hours/week and Part-Time 20 hours/week available Compensation: $18 - $20 hourly, based on position.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to work independently and meet clients’ physical, emotional, and intellectual needs

Responsibilities

Provide companionship and emotional support
Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry
Run errands such as grocery shopping
Follow individualized care plans
Complete daily documentation
Assist clients with personal care and daily living activities
Support clients during doctor’s appointments
Perform light housekeeping, meal prep, and errands
