About The Position
Chrysalis is seeking to hire full-time or part-time In Home Care Givers. This role supports individuals with developmental disabilities to lead self-directed, meaningful lives. It is an entry-level position with competitive wages and flexible shifts. The role involves supporting individuals in various aspects of daily living to help them live as independently as possible.
Requirements
- No experience needed.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be able to pass a drug test and a background check.

- Experience working with people with developmental disabilities is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Support people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live their best lives as independently as possible.
- Assist with participating in fun activities.
- Assist with budgeting.
- Assist with meal preparation.
- Help individuals try new things.
- Assist with shopping.
- Mentor individuals to learn new skills.
