Requirements

To be at least 18 years old.
To be able to push, pull, or lift up to 25 lbs.
To possess a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and car insurance.
To pass a background check and drug screen.
To be willing to work with clients within 15 miles of your home.
To be able to work at least 18 hours per week.
To be willing to work at least one weekend day (required).
To be able to earn your HCAC or CNA license (if not already certified).

Responsibilities

Offer meaningful conversation and companionship
Provide light housekeeping and laundry services
Cook nutritious meals according to dietary requirements
Assist with personal care (bathing, toileting, dressing, and grooming)
Support clients with mobility and ensure a safe environment
Provide reminders for clients to take their medications
Drive clients to medical appointments and errands
Collaborate with hospice to support client comfort during end of life
Deliver patient-centered care for clients with Alzheimer's/dementia

Benefits

Hourly Pay for Care Shifts: $18.10-$23.25 (dependent on license status and level of care)
Travel Pay: $17.13/hour for time between clients
