About The Position

Kore Cares is hiring part-time or PRN daytime caregivers in the Miller and Highmore areas of South Dakota. Caregivers provide one-on-one support in clients’ homes to help them maintain independence and quality of life. The position offers flexible daytime scheduling and meaningful work as part of a supportive team. No prior experience is necessary; training is provided. Pay is $17–$21 per hour, with travel time and mileage reimbursed between shifts.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license.
• Reliable vehicle with valid insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, toileting, dressing, and personal hygiene.
• Support ambulation and transfers, with or without adaptive equipment.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with housekeeping, transportation, and errands.
• Plan and prepare meals, provide feeding assistance, and clean up the kitchen.
• Offer companionship and social support.
• Follow tasks outlined in each client’s personalized care plan.
