In Home Caregiver
About The Position
Kennedy Care is seeking compassionate and high-quality In-Home Caregivers (Life Care Professionals) to provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) to enable clients to remain independent in their own homes. The role involves providing respectful and compassionate care, building trust with clients and their families, communicating client changes to the care team, and utilizing electronic software for training and timekeeping. Kennedy Care is a trusted provider of home care services since 2003, offering personalized care including nanny services, in-home care, and ABA therapy.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Willingness to commute within a 25-mile radius
- Ability to lift 25 lbs
- Proficiency with mobile apps and technology
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily activities of living such as bathing, dressing, and transferring.
- Provide a supportive environment that builds trust with clients and their families.
- Communicate client changes or health concerns directly with your care team.
- Complete necessary training and education with our electronic HR software.
- Use electronic software for timekeeping.
