In Home Caregiver
About The Position
Kennedy Care is seeking compassionate and high-quality In-Home Caregivers (Life Care Professionals) to provide assistance with daily living activities to clients, enabling them to remain independent in their homes. The company has been a trusted provider of home care services since 2003, offering personalized care including nanny services, in-home care, and ABA therapy. Kennedy Care aims to empower individuals passionate about making a difference while pursuing personal and professional growth. As a Life Care Professional, you will assist clients with ADLs, provide a supportive environment, communicate client changes to the care team, and complete training and timekeeping using electronic software.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Willingness to commute within a 25-mile radius
- Ability to lift 25 lbs
- Proficiency with mobile apps and technology
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily activities of living such as bathing, dressing, and transferring.
- Provide a supportive environment that builds trust with clients and their families.
- Communicate client changes or health concerns directly with your care team.
- Complete necessary training and education with our electronic HR software.
- Use electronic software for timekeeping.
