About The Position
Kennedy Care is seeking a compassionate and high-quality In-Home Caregiver, also known as a Life Care Professional, to provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) enabling clients to remain independent in their homes. The role involves providing respectful and compassionate care, building trust with clients and families, communicating client changes to the care team, and utilizing electronic software for training and timekeeping. Kennedy Care is a supportive, growth-oriented company that has been providing personalized care services since 2003.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Willingness to commute within a 25-mile radius
- Ability to lift 25 lbs
- Proficiency with mobile apps and technology
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily activities of living such as bathing, dressing, and transferring.
- Provide a supportive environment that builds trust with clients and their families.
- Communicate client changes or health concerns directly with your care team.
- Complete necessary training and education with our electronic HR software.
- Use electronic software for timekeeping.
