About The Position
Assisting Hands Home Care is hiring In-Home Caregivers (PCA, HHA, CNA) to support clients in Manassas and surrounding areas. Whether you’re looking for a steady schedule or flexible hours, we offer a variety of opportunities to match your availability and preferences.
Requirements
- Valid PCA, HHA, or CNA certification in the State of Virginia
- CPR certification and negative TB screening
- Ability to pass a background check per Virginia regulations
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance
- Ability to lift 25 lbs. and assist clients safely
Responsibilities
- Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding)
- Support mobility, transfers, and fall prevention
- Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Medication reminders and documentation
- Transport clients to appointments or errands as needed
