Requirements

• Experience in caregiving, nursing, home community care, direct support, or related fields.
• Knowledge of first aid procedures and protocols.
• Familiarity with social work principles.
• Ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices.
• Genuine passion for providing compassionate care to others.

• Experience in senior care or hospice care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage incontinence effectively.
• Perform light housekeeping duties to ensure a clean and safe environment.
• Prepare and cook nutritious meals for clients.
• Offer transportation assistance when needed.
• Run errands and accompany clients to appointments.
