About The Position

Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring experienced Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes in Milford, NH. The role offers $21–$23 per hour, daily pay, and plenty of available hours. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with flexible scheduling options that may include weekends, long shifts, and overnights. The organization serves Manchester, NH, and surrounding communities.

Requirements

Current LNA license or previous PCA experience.
Experience providing hands-on personal care.
Patient, professional, and reliable.
Strong communication skills.
Reliable transportation.
Ability to work independently in clients' homes.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care.
Support clients with mobility, transfers, and daily activities.
Provide medication reminders.
Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
Offer companionship and emotional support.
Follow individualized care plans.
Observe and report changes in clients' conditions.
