About The Position

Freedom Home Care is seeking dedicated In-Home Caregivers for the Mankato Area. We offer a different approach to caregiving, prioritizing caregiver well-being and clear communication. We ensure you have all the necessary information about clients before you begin, and we provide introductions to clients before you work independently. Our goal is to prevent caregivers from feeling overwhelmed or unsupported. We offer daytime shifts between 7 am and 5 pm with consistent clients and set schedules.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License
• Reliable Vehicle
• Up-to-date Auto Insurance
• Ability to pass a Background Study

• Caregiving experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home care to clients.
• Accept shifts that fit your schedule.
• Receive clear details about each client before accepting a case.
• Be introduced to each new client before working independently.
• Understand client routines and expectations.
• Know exactly who to contact for support.
