About The Position
Visiting Angels Central Ohio is seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers to provide one-on-one care to seniors in their homes. Unlike facility-based care, our caregivers work one-on-one with clients in the comfort of their homes. You'll have the opportunity to build relationships, provide personalized care, and truly make a difference in someone's quality of life.
Requirements
- Valid Ohio driver's license
- Reliable transportation and current auto insurance
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Smartphone for scheduling and visit documentation
Nice To Haves
- Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required
- Experience as a caregiver, home health aide (HHA), STNA, CNA, DSP, or caring for a loved one is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist seniors with activities of daily living while helping them maintain independence and dignity.
- Personal care assistance
- Bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Mobility and transfer assistance
