About The Position
Comfort Keepers is seeking compassionate caregivers to make a difference in the lives of seniors in the Petoskey & Charlevoix area. This role offers the opportunity to help seniors maintain their independence, confidence, and comfort by assisting with personal care, meal preparation, and providing companionship. The job emphasizes working with purpose and bringing joy, dignity, and comfort to clients' lives.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Must have a reliable vehicle.
- Comfortable working independently in clients' homes.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in caregiving is a plus, but training is provided.
- CNA/HHA certification is welcome but not required.
Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care and hygiene.
- Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
- Provide transportation and run errands.
- Offer companionship and engage in meaningful conversation.
- Help clients enjoy their favorite hobbies and activities.
