About The Position
Right at Home Spokane, a family-owned and award-winning in-home care agency, is hiring compassionate Caregivers to provide high-quality home care to seniors and adults in Spokane County . We have full-time and part-time Caregiver jobs available and are looking for people who truly care about helping others live safely and comfortably at home. As an in-home Caregiver , you will provide essential senior care and support so clients can remain safe and independent in their own homes.
Requirements
- Ability to safely lift at least 50 pounds
- Ability to pass: Written competency evaluation, Drug screen, Nationwide background check
- Honest, dependable, energetic, and caring
- A genuine passion for senior care and helping others

- Certified Home Care Aide (HCA)
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Responsibilities
- Providing personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene support
- Assisting with light housekeeping and laundry
- Meal planning and meal preparation
- Medication reminders (no medication administration)
- Companionship, conversation, and emotional support
- Helping with mobility, transfers, and walking
- Providing safe, reliable home care in clients’ homes throughout Spokane County
- Following the care plan and communicating any changes to the office team
