About The Position
Kennedy Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated In-Home Caregiver, also known as a Life Care Professional, to provide high-quality assistance with daily living activities to clients, enabling them to remain independent in their homes. The role involves providing respectful and compassionate care, building trust with clients and their families, communicating client needs to the care team, and utilizing electronic software for training and timekeeping. Kennedy Care is a trusted provider of home care services, offering personalized care tailored to each client’s unique needs.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Willingness to commute within a 25-mile radius
- Ability to lift 25 lbs
- Proficiency with mobile apps and technology
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily activities of living such as bathing, dressing, and transferring.
- Provide a supportive environment that builds trust with clients and their families.
- Communicate client changes or health concerns directly with your care team.
- Complete necessary training and education with our electronic HR software.
- Use electronic software for timekeeping.
