In Home Caregiver
About The Position
Kennedy Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated In-Home Caregiver, also known as a Life Care Professional, to provide high-quality assistance with daily living activities to clients, enabling them to remain independent in their homes. The position is located in Ravenna, OH, with potential for additional hours within a 25-mile radius. The role involves approximately 13 hours per week initially, with a schedule typically Monday-Friday between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. to support work-life balance. Kennedy Care has been providing personalized home care services since 2003, focusing on empowering individuals who are passionate about making a difference.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Willingness to commute within a 25-mile radius
- Ability to lift 25 lbs
- Proficiency with mobile apps and technology
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily activities of living such as bathing, dressing, and transferring.
- Provide a supportive environment that builds trust with clients and their families.
- Communicate client changes or health concerns directly with your care team.
- Complete necessary training and education with our electronic HR software.
- Use electronic software for timekeeping.
