About The Position

Join Visiting Angels Upland as a non-medical in-home caregiver and support seniors in living safely, comfortably, and independently at home. Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid California driver’s license (out-of-state not accepted)
• Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance (must be listed driver)
• Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and DMV check
• Registered Home Care Aide (HCA) — or willingness to obtain (we’ll help!)
• Negative TB test (we cover the cost if needed)
• Physically able to perform caregiving duties
• Flexible availability
• Two professional references
• Strong communication skills
• A compassionate, patient, and dependable attitude

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing)
• Provide medication reminders
• Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Run errands and assist with daily tasks
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Provide transportation to appointments or outings (as needed)
