About The Position
Fresh Perspective Home Care is hiring compassionate individuals for a flexible and rewarding part-time caregiver job in Richland, Michigan, to support seniors throughout the Richland area. The company provides training and support for individuals with or without prior experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide (HHA), PCA, DSP, or CNA. This role involves providing non-medical in-home care to older adults in the Richland community, helping them remain safe and independent at home. Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Ability to uphold client confidentiality
- Reliable and punctual
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience as a caregiver is preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Offering companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility
- Preparing meals and helping with light housekeeping
- Driving or accompanying clients to errands, appointments, or community outings
- Being a dependable, positive presence in their life
