About The Position

Senior Helpers of Holly Springs is seeking compassionate and dependable In-Home Caregivers (PCA / HHA / CNA) to provide one-on-one care for seniors in their own homes in the Holly Springs and Fuquay-Varina areas. Unlike other agencies, we ensure you work with only one client per shift, eliminating the need to rush between clients. Our locally owned and operated agency, run by Kellie and John Dullaghan, values and respects the work of caregivers, offering a supportive environment and opportunities for growth. We are experiencing rapid growth, and caregiver hours are increasing.

Requirements

• Hands-on caregiving experience as a CNA, HHA, PCA, or in-home caregiver
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance
• Dependable, compassionate, and professional demeanor
• Ability to pass TB screening, background check, and drug screen

Nice To Haves

• Experience with dementia, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, or complex senior care needs

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one care for seniors in their homes.
