We match caregivers with clients near their residence, ensuring shorter drives and fostering real relationships. The agency is personally owned and operated by Kellie and John Dullaghan, who have a deep understanding and respect for caregiving work. They are committed to supporting their caregivers.

Requirements

• Hands-on caregiving experience as a CNA, HHA, PCA, or in-home caregiver
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance
• Dependable, compassionate, and professional demeanor
• Ability to pass TB screening, background check, and drug screen

Nice To Haves

• Experience with dementia, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, or complex senior care needs

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care to clients.
• Drive between client shifts.
• Participate in orientation and ongoing training.
