They match caregivers with clients near their residence, emphasizing shorter drives, real relationships, and team support. The agency is owned and operated by Kellie and John Dullaghan, who have personal experience in caregiving and a commitment to supporting their caregivers.

Requirements

• Hands-on caregiving experience as a CNA, HHA, PCA, or in-home caregiver
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance
• Dependable, compassionate, and professional
• Ability to pass TB screening, background check, and drug screen

Nice To Haves

• Experience with dementia, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, or complex senior care needs

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care to clients.
• Drive between client shifts.
• Build real relationships with clients.
• Attend paid orientation and ongoing training.
