Requirements

• Hands-on caregiving experience as a CNA, HHA, PCA, or in-home caregiver.
• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable vehicle.
• Current auto insurance.
• Dependable, compassionate, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to pass TB screening, background check, and drug screen.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with dementia, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, or complex senior care needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care to seniors in their homes.
• Work with one client per shift.
• Adapt to flexible scheduling.
• Participate in paid orientation and ongoing training.
• Refer other caregivers for bonuses.
