Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in providing in-home personal care services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and follow detailed care plans
- Reliable transportation to and from client homes in Lanexa, VA
- Passion for helping others and commitment to maintaining client dignity and privacy
- Applicant MUST be: Over the age of 21
- Have a valid drivers license
- Have their own reliable transportation
- Have updated car insurance
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure client safety and comfort
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe living environment
- Monitor and communicate any changes in client condition to healthcare professionals
- Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life
- Follow care plans and adhere to all company policies and procedures
