About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide personal care, household support, and companion care services to clients in their homes. The role involves following a written plan of care by a registered nurse to help adults maintain safety and independence. Requirements

• Have at least one year of work experience
• Active CNA license registered with North Carolina in good standing
• Compliant with Bayada policy needed for home care

Responsibilities

• Following a written plan of care by a registered nurse
• Provide personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care, etc.)
• Provide household support (light housekeeping, laundry, bed making etc.)
• Provide companion care (homemaker) services
• Meal preparation and feeding
• Range of motion/exercises
• Assisting with ambulation (Transfers/use of mechanical lifting devices)
• Medication reminders
