About The Position

Every senior deserves to feel safe, respected, and cared for in their own home. Our caregivers make that possible every day. Touching Hearts at Home is growing and looking for compassionate caregivers and CNAs to join our team. We provide in-home care throughout the Charlotte metro area and surrounding counties, helping seniors and adults with disabilities maintain their independence while receiving the support they need.

Requirements

CNA license or prior caregiving experience preferred
Must be at least 18 years old
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and TB screening
Ability to lift 25 pounds

Responsibilities

Assist with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Support mobility and transfers
Provide companionship and emotional support
Prepare meals for clients
Perform light housekeeping related to care
Assist with daily living activities
