About The Position

The best caregivers don't just provide care—they build trust, offer companionship, and help people remain independent at home. That's exactly what we do at Touching Hearts at Home. We're growing our team and interviewing caregivers and CNAs now. We proudly provide in-home care for seniors and adults with disabilities throughout the Charlotte metro area and surrounding counties.

Requirements

• CNA license or previous caregiving experience preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
• Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and TB screening
• Ability to lift 25 pounds

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Assist with mobility and transfers
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals
• Complete light housekeeping related to client care
• Support daily living activities
