Requirements
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow care plans and instructions accurately.
- Must be able to pass background checks.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in home care or related fields is an asset but NOT required.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Support clients with medication reminders and mobility assistance.
- Monitor and report changes in clients’ conditions to healthcare professionals and family members.
- Perform light housekeeping duties and errands as needed to maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Develop positive relationships with clients, promoting independence and dignity.
