Requirements

BCBA certification
Ability to supervise and mentor RBTs
Ability to collaborate with families
Ability to deliver evidence-based therapy
Must be able to provide supervision hours to an RBT pursuing their Master’s in ABA

Develop Treatment Plans that are clinically sound and engaging
Supervise and Mentor RBTs to support consistent, high-quality care
Collaborate with Families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate growth
Deliver Evidence-Based Therapy in a supportive, play-focused environment

Total Compensation Package from $84,500 to $119,000 annually
