About The Position

Bath Planet of Metro NY is a rapidly expanding bathroom remodeling company with over 26 years of national experience and 100+ locations. We specialize in high-quality, one-day bath remodeling and tub-to-shower conversions, recognized by the Good Housekeeping Seal. We are looking for a motivated and energetic In-Home Bath Design Representative to join our sales team, serving the Nassau and Suffolk County areas. This position involves meeting with pre-qualified homeowners to design and propose customized bathroom remodeling projects that align with their specific requirements and financial plans.

Requirements

• Previous experience in in-home sales, home improvement, or design consultations is highly preferred.
• Experience in related industries like windows, siding, roofing or kitchen remodeling is a major plus.
• Strong communication, rapport, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• A disciplined self-starter with a professional demeanor and a drive to succeed.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for daily travel across Long Island.

Responsibilities

• Travel to scheduled appointments throughout Nassau and Suffolk Counties.
• Conduct in-home design consultations, assess technical project requirements, and present tailored design solutions.
• Build strong rapport with homeowners, delivering a professional, consultative sales presentation.
• Close sales on-site and accurately manage lead statuses within our company CRM platform.
