About The Position
Bath Planet of Metro NY is expanding and seeking a dynamic, results-driven In-Home Bath Design Representative to pioneer and grow their market presence in Queens and Brooklyn. This role involves handling pre-qualified, high-intent local leads, conducting consultative design presentations, and closing deals within a fast-paced urban market. The company is known for high-quality, efficient one-day bathroom remodeling and tub-to-shower conversions, offering premium services with a product line backed by the Good Housekeeping Seal and industry-leading warranties.
Requirements
- Previous experience in in-home sales, home improvement, or design consultations is highly preferred (experience in related industries like windows, siding, roofing or kitchen remodeling is a major plus).
- Strong communication, rapport, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- A disciplined self-starter with a professional demeanor and a drive to succeed.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for daily travel across Long Island.
Responsibilities
- Travel to scheduled appointments throughout Nassau and Suffolk Counties.
- Conduct in-home design consultations, assess technical project requirements, and present tailored design Solutions.
- Build strong rapport with homeowners, delivering a professional, consultative sales presentation.
- Close sales on-site and accurately manage lead statuses within our company CRM platform.
