In-Home Autism Behavior Technician (Part-Time) | Tucson & Surrounding Areas
About The Position
Adventure ABA, LLC is seeking Part-Time In-Home Autism Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one support to children and families across the Tucson area, including Oro Valley, Marana, Sahuarita, Vail, and nearby communities. In this role, technicians will help children with autism develop communication, social, and daily living skills through engaging, play-based learning in their homes. No prior ABA experience is required, as the company provides supported Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training, hands-on guidance, and ongoing support from its clinical team. This position offers flexible part-time hours and an opportunity to gain meaningful experience in behavioral health. Adventure ABA is a locally owned, BCBA-led ABA therapy company focused on delivering high-quality, compassionate care and fostering a supportive team environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to sit on the floor and actively engage during sessions
- CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between client homes in the Tucson area
