In-Field Sales Training Manager
About The Position
Premier Roofing is seeking an In-Field Sales Training Manager to provide top-quality roof inspections, navigate homeowners through the insurance process, and ensure they receive the best possible service in storm-affected areas. This role involves executing advisor onboarding and training programs, managing advisor productivity, attending adjuster appointments, managing pipeline and job conversion, and providing customer issue support. The manager will train and develop advisors into expert roles, assist with onboarding classes, and support the Branch Manager with sales meetings and scoping advisor projects. This is a commission-based role with the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions and flexible scheduling based on performance.
Requirements

- 2 years of sales training experience
- Flexible schedule
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Able to climb ladders and walk on rooftops
