In-Field Sales Training Manager
About The Position
Premier Roofing is seeking an In-Field Sales Training Manager to provide top-quality roof inspections, navigate homeowners through the insurance process, and ensure they receive the best possible service. This role involves executing advisor onboarding and training programs, managing advisor productivity, attending adjuster appointments, managing pipeline and job conversion, providing customer issue support, and training advisors into expert roles. The position also includes assisting with onboarding classes and sales meetings, and scoping advisor projects. The company offers uncapped commissions, a flexible schedule, and growth based on performance. Weekly onboarding pay is provided for the first 8 weeks, including commission. This is a commission-based role.
Requirements

- 2 years of sales training experience
- Flexible schedule
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Able to climb ladders and walk on rooftops
