Premier Roofing is a restoration roofing company that serves homeowners in storm-affected areas by providing roof inspections, helping customers navigate the insurance process, and delivering service. The company has over 20 years of experience and 14 locations.

The In-Field Sales Training Manager executes onboarding and training for Advisors, manages their productivity and sales pipeline, and helps develop Advisors into Expert roles. The role supports branch sales meetings and onboarding classes, attends adjuster appointments, scopes Advisor projects, and assists with customer issues.

This is a commission-based role with uncapped commissions of 35% profit on completed roofing projects. The sales team is paid weekly, and weekly onboarding pay is provided for the first eight weeks, including any commission. The position offers a flexible schedule and mentoring from an experienced sales leader.

Requirements

• Ability to climb ladders and walk on rooftops.

Responsibilities

• Research the territory.
• Execute Advisor onboarding and training programs.
• Manage Advisor productivity.
• Attend adjuster appointments.
• Manage the pipeline and job conversion.
• Support customer issues.
• Train and develop Advisors into the Expert role.
• Assist with onboarding classes.
• Assist the Branch Manager with sales meetings.
