In-Fab Wafer Test Engineer

Keysight Technologies, Inc.Santa Rosa, CA
Onsite

About The Position

Keysight is seeking an In-Fab Wafer Test Engineer to join their High Frequency Technology Center (HFTC) team. This team builds and supports hardware and software solutions for electrically testing Process Control Monitors (PCMs) on wafers fabricated in Keysight's Santa Rosa facilities. The role is crucial for rapid data acquisition of electrical performance of on-wafer PCMs, ensuring quality data is provided to the Integration Engineering Team and critical feedback to Process Engineers. The engineer will maintain and craft on-wafer DC, microwave, and millimeter wave measurements for both III-V and Si integrated PCMs. Test development will cover exploratory R&D design validation of cutting-edge devices and automated small volume test of in-house designed and manufactured PCMs. These measurements are vital for evaluating wafer health at critical test junctions. The role requires close collaboration with Integration, Process, NTI, Design, and other Test Engineers to ensure data integrity.
