The Improvement System Coach II is responsible for the implementation of the Orlando Health Improvement System under the mentorship of the Director. The goal of the Orlando Health Improvement System is to achieve sustainable top decile performance in the key performance indicators selected by the Board, by developing our team members and physicians to achieve their greatest potential in the pursuit of this goal. We’re seeking a process engineer/ improvement professional who is passionate about improving patient care through better systems and workflows. This role partners directly with clinical and operational leaders to improve quality, throughput, and customer experience. You’ll lead end‑to‑end improvement initiatives—from problem definition through implementation—using Lean methodologies and data analytics to improve hospital outcomes.
