About The Position

JBS Imports Shipping Coordinator General Summary: We are looking for an Imports Shipping Coordinator to join our JBS team at the corporate office in Greeley, CO. This position is responsible for managing inbound containers, maintaining accurate documentation, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and efficient inventory arrivals.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience is preferred but not required
• Experience with SAP is preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee imported containers from receipt of origin documents through system data entry and reporting
• Interface directly with customs brokers, third‑party vendors (including product vendors, shipping lines, and domestic warehouses), sales staff, customers, and internal support groups such as Accounts Payable, Inventory Control, and Logistics
• Maintain clear and timely communication with Sales and warehouse teams regarding inventory arrivals
• Other duties as assigned
