The Import/Export Coordinator is responsible for ensuring products arrive at correct locations timely, while certifying all safety regulations are met when moving between state/province/region/territory lines. This role also involves the accurate filing of Customer Profile entries. Requirements

3 years’ Import/Export or Logistics experience; or combination of education and experience
Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external customers
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to function in a fast paced, highly visible, and changing environment
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multi-task various and conflicting responsibilities

Responsibilities

Manage, monitor, and maintain records on required documents; and resolve all issues to obtain customs clearance
Understand customer’s business, requirements, and rate structure; issue invoices for services rendered and accrue costs in system
Review and update customer files
Support internal customer metrics
