This role involves performing and maintaining various trade compliance reviews, including HTSUS, Schedule B, ECCN, tariff, and license determinations. The analyst will review technical documentation to support classification decisions, conduct AES/EEI audits, and manage export documentation. Responsibilities also include identifying export license requirements, supporting import clearance by resolving broker and carrier inquiries, conducting import entry audits, and administering denied-party screening. The position supports export license reviews, end-use/end-user diligence, and trade compliance inquiries, as well as tariff reporting and duty drawback opportunities. The analyst will collaborate with brokers, freight forwarders, and third-party providers, and will be responsible for creating and maintaining import/export work instructions, compliance manuals, and training materials. Monitoring regulatory changes and partnering with various internal departments to resolve trade compliance issues and improve processes are key aspects of this role.
