About The Position

Join Apple and help ensure our products reach customers worldwide seamlessly. As part of the Global Trade Compliance team, you will play a critical role in managing US import operations and regulatory programs. You will work cross-functionally to strengthen compliance readiness, ensuring our global supply chain operates efficiently and adheres to all customs regulations. In this role, you will manage the daily import clearance of shipments and oversee key compliance programs, including Broker Management and product classification. You will collaborate with internal business units, global suppliers, and customs brokers to translate evolving regulatory requirements into scalable policies and operational workflows.

Requirements

• 5 or more years of experience in US import operations, trade compliance, or customs brokerage.
• Experience managing daily import clearance, broker management, and product classification.
• Knowledge of US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regulations, including AEO and CTPAT programs.
• Experience with post-entry compliance, duty drawback, and Importer Self-Assessment.
• Experience designing and implementing compliance control frameworks and operational workflows.
