About The Position

The Import Analyst position is responsible for running client files in production, troubleshooting and resolving file exchange issues, and testing, troubleshooting, and coordinating file imports. This role serves as a liaison between clients and programmers for new layouts/enhancements, documents and maintains import instructions, and ensures timely processing of import files to meet SLA requirements. Additionally, the Import Analyst provides support and cross-training on departmental staff duties.

Requirements

• Excellent telephone etiquette and verbal communication skills.
• Customer service driven.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Must possess the ability to coordinate functions with other departments in order to meet objectives in a timely manner.
• High technical aptitude including Excel, Word and other computer processes/programs preferred.
• Good mathematical and written communication proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Run client files in production.
