Job Title Implementations Advisor About your role: We’re looking for an Implementations Advisor to manage merchant implementations across multiple products and coordinated workstreams. In this role, you’ll lead day-to-day delivery activities, partner with client stakeholders and internal teams, and ensure implementations are completed on time, within scope, and with strong operational readiness. What you’ll do: Manage end-to-end implementation activities for merchant clients across multiple products, including discovery, requirements gathering, configuration coordination, testing, implementation, and transition. Act as the primary day-to-day implementation contact for assigned merchants, coordinating timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies across product workstreams. Facilitate working sessions to document requirements, confirm use cases, and align implementation sequencing across products. Coordinate internal teams (Product, Engineering, Operations, Risk, Support, and third parties as needed) to track action items and drive issue resolution. Maintain core project artifacts (project plan, RAID log, meeting notes/action items, status updates, test and cutover checklists). Support integration coordination where applicable (e.g., API onboarding steps, file exchanges, credentials, environments, device logistics). Plan and coordinate UAT activities; track defects and follow through on remediation and retesting. Monitor scope and manage change requests by documenting impacts and aligning approvals with established processes. Support client readiness and adoption activities, including training coordination, operational workflow alignment, and support handoffs. Identify opportunities to improve implementation efficiency by contributing to templates, documentation, and repeatable processes. Responsibilities listed are not intended to be all-inclusive and may be modified as necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferably Computer Science or Engineering) or equivalent combination of experience, education and military.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including clear status reporting and risk escalation.
  • Comfort working with technical and non-technical teams to coordinate integrations and testing (no coding required).
  • You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting multi-product merchant implementations (e.g., gateway + processing + reporting + devices).
  • Experience with client training coordination and operational readiness checklists.
  • Relevant certifications (CAPM, CSM, or equivalent).
