You’re highly collaborative and comfortable interacting with a wide range of professionals—technical team members, project managers, analysts, and operational leaders—adapting your communication style to each audience with ease.

Requirements

  • Must be currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program or higher in Business Administration, Healthcare Information Technology, Healthcare Management, or relevant discipline

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Implementations team with ongoing projects along with onboarding new customers.
  • Play a part in the building and configure of new customers in Empower RCM.
  • Update billing rules, fee schedules, cross references, test codes and system updates into new customer environments.
  • Engage in continuous improvement projects around automating system workflow, data gathering and reporting.
  • Utilize Project Management methodologies and strategies.
