About The Position

As an Implementation Specialist, you’ll be part of our Cribmaster team working as an on-site employee. You’ll get to prepare all software and hardware to be used for customer site installation, including ensuring configurations are correct and data has been imported and cleaned. You will act as the client’s technical advocate within the company, promoting ideas for efficient product implementation. You will understand various deployment options of CribMaster products and ensure they fulfill client workflows and needs. This role involves completing detailed checklists, following procedures, preparing training curriculum to match client needs, providing product training, developing custom documentation, developing solutions, educating clients, and assisting with preparing formal project plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 3 years related work experience
• Strong Knowledge of Windows OS, Networking Basics and ability to teach IT and Software techniques and features
• Fundamental understanding of relational databases, particularly SQL Server and Familiarity with Database Reporting software such as Crystal Reports.
• Solid understanding and use of Microsoft Excel to analyze and manipulate data

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with manufacturing and inventory management is a PLUS.
• Experience and knowledge of UHF Gen2 Passive RFID Technology is a PLUS

• Develops custom documentation to match clients’ processes
• Develops solutions and educates clients in various stages of product implementation
• Assists with preparing formal project plans for clients
