With the goal of helping more customers get set up successfully, we offer Implementation services to all customers with more than 25 employees. If you are driven by helping customers implement software to ensure their success, thrive in understanding what a small business is trying to accomplish with Trainual, and get maximum satisfaction out of helping them build a unique action plan to get them there, this role is for you. You are consultative, can lean on your product expertise to think on your feet, and can provide best practices on how to roll out training and knowledge to our customers’ teams! Requirements

Customer implementation of software to ensure their success.
Understanding small business goals and helping them build action plans.
Consultative approach.
Product expertise to think on your feet.
Providing best practices on rolling out training and knowledge.
Researching customers and preparing for 1:1 meetings.
Organization, detail-orientation, and critical thinking.

Responsibilities

Working 1:1 with assigned SMB customers to identify the best plan for helping them get up and running in their first 4-6 weeks.
Conducting 1:1 training sessions via Zoom, helping customers stay on track with action items and proactive engagement, and prescriptively adding value.
Creating detailed call notes, recommending prescriptive resources, and showing genuine interest in the customer to set up the rest of the Trainual Customer Success team for long-term success.
